The Role:
This is a fast-paced role offering a chance to work with some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties. As the new Senior Leasing Manager, you will need to have the ability to provide a high-level service that is above & beyond your high-profile client's expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Oversee a Junior Leasing Consultant
• Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open-for-inspection
• Routine inspections
• Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
• Reference checking & reviewing application forms
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Successful Candidate:

• Previous leasing experience in Real Estate
• A current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car and valid driver's license
• Proficient knowledge of Real Estate programs
• Fantastic communication both written & verbal
• Excellent computer skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of organization & strong work ethic
