This is a position sitting in their payroll team, managing an end to end ANZ payroll. The role is mainly BAU and would offer a high degree of work life balance as a result.

The role
Duties include:

• Process end-to-end Fortnightly payroll for up to 1000+ staff (team environment)
• Maintaining employee data
• Processing on boarding & terminations
• Managing the administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions & payroll tax
• Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs)
• Adhere to Payroll statutory requirements
• Interpret of EBA and Modern Award
• Ad-hoc involvement with the system implementation
• Arrange new starters

About you

• 2+ years of end to end Payroll experience
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal - must love to engage and work closely in a team environment
• Aussie citizen or permanent resident - or sufficient long term permanent work rights
