Bridal Sales Consultant – Belle et Blanc Bridal is Melbourne's leading bridal boutique, located on Sydney Road, Brunswick. We are dedicated to delivering an exclusive and luxury experience for every bride.

Candidates must have Australian work rights.

We are seeking a motivated and professional Bridal Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an immediate start opportunity for a candidate with strong retail experience, excellent presentation, and a genuine passion for customer service and styling.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated high-end retail sales experience (including EFT and cash handling)

Minimum 2 years of high-end retail sales experience required

Immaculate personal presentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service

Fashion/styling background highly regarded

Social media content creation and posting skills highly advantageous

Weekend availability essential

Flexible availability required with candidates able to work on a rotating roster across our 7-day operation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one bridal consultations and provide professional styling advice

Manage appointments, enquiries, and client communication

Maintain the boutique's presentation, including gown preparation and steaming

Assist with social media posting and blogging

Accurately complete data entry and record keeping

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
