About Us
We are a locally owned window furnishings company specialising in custom curtains, blinds and awnings. We pride ourselves on quality products, personalised service and a friendly customer experience. Due to growth, we are looking for a motivated Showroom/Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing role based in our showroom. You will assist clients in selecting window furnishings, provide quotes, and support the sales process from enquiry to installation.
This part-time position requires availability for weekdays only.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Provide product advice and design suggestions
Prepare quotes and process sales orders
Coordinate with installers and suppliers
Maintain showroom presentation
Follow up on leads and enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins)
Achieve sales targets and deliver great customer service
What We're Looking For
Previous retail or sales experience (interiors or home improvement highly regarded)
Strong communication & people skills
Eye for design/style
Computer literacy (quoting systems, email, CRM, etc.)
Basic computer skills required for operating quoting and sales systems
Ability to work independently and in a team
Reliable, professional and customer-focused
