About the role

Titane Windows & Doors (Tas) Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Launceston, TAS. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in driving sales and growing our customer base in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through prospecting, networking and referrals

Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers

Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the best solutions for their needs

Preparing and presenting customized sales proposals and quotations

Closing sales and ensuring a seamless handover to the installation team

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the windows and doors industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Confidence in giving presentations and product demonstrations

A results-driven, target-oriented mindset

A clean driving licence and the ability to travel within the local area
