The Opportunity

We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Solar Sales Representatives to join our fully remote sales team. If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to be part of a high-performing company, this is your chance.

As part of our team, you'll:

Conduct virtual consultations with warm leads (no cold calling)

Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and financing options

Prepare quotes and close deals from the comfort of your home

Maintain relationships and follow up with leads to maximise conversions

Be backed by a support team, training program, and tech that makes your job easier

What You Bring

Previous solar sales or in-home sales experience (preferred)

Strong communication and rapport-building skills

High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

A professional home office setup and reliable internet

A genuine passion for renewables and helping people
