Whiz Kidz is seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand-new 91-place Dandenong service. We are looking for someone who is excited to help shape our centre from the ground up.
As a brand-new service, relationships with children and families are paramount. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a strong bond with each family and with other Educators. You will have a passion for providing a warm, and creative learning environment for our children and making our service the first choice for families in the community.

About the Role

Permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm

Build strong relationships with children, families, and educators

Lead and implement high-quality educational programs in a warm, creative learning environment

Foster a stimulating environment that supports children’s development

Contribute to reflective discussions, teamwork, and the smooth operation of the centre

Requirements

A degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)

Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates

Current VIT accreditation

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication skills, approachable, and respected by peers

Knowledgeable in pedagogy and able to support educators of varying abilities
