About You:

An ACECQA approved Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood as well as a valid VIT Registration

A demonstrated passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education

A demonstrated ability of being community minded and an understanding of the importance of community involvement within the Educational Program

Have a love of going ‘above and beyond’ in all areas of your role

Exceptional communication, customer service skills and an eye for detail

Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood industry, including VEYLDF, National Regulations and National Quality Standards

A strong understanding of the Jenny's ELC values and ability to implement these in the workplace

Solution-focused, positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to not just lead but also inspire and motivate a team.

Current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR or willingness to obtain.
