About Our Facility:

Believe Early Learning Mooroopna is a brand-new, purpose-built Early Learning Centre. Our cutting-edge facility is designed to provide the highest quality care and education to families in Mooroopna and the surrounding areas. With spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, architecturally designed to cater to children from 6 weeks to school age, our center offers an enriching environment for learning and growth.

We Are Hiring:

We are currently seeking Early Childhood Teachers to join our passionate team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education, or

Actively working towards a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education

VIT Registration

VIT registration can be obtained after hiring if not currently held

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training

Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment

Previous experience in childcare is highly regarded

Minimum of 1-2 years early childhood experience is required

Position Responsibilities:

Lead Educational Excellence: Plan, implement, and evaluate innovative, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).

Mentor and Collaborate: Guide and support your team to deliver high-quality education and care while fostering a professional and respectful team environment.

Child Protection: Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children, maintaining a vigilant approach to safeguarding in line with child protection laws.

Build Relationships: Engage with families to share insights about their child's development and promote family participation in the learning journey.

Environment Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment that supports exploration and creativity.

Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service policies while contributing to ongoing quality improvements.
