Data#3 are seeking an energetic Technology Support resource to work on-site with one of our customers - a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company.
In this role, you will be the face of the Operations Team, delivering high-quality Level 1/2 end user support across the organisation. You’ll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team of technical professionals who are passionate about keeping technology running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
Acting as first point of contact for IT support issues (Level 1/2).
Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
Supporting the business through a large-scale Windows 11 migration project.
Logging and resolving tickets, escalating when necessary.
Building strong relationships with end users and providing friendly, efficient service.
What we’re looking for
2–4 years’ experience in Level 1/2 IT Support.
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience in large enterprise or data centre environments highly regarded.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
