The Role

As a Casual Chef, you will:

Manage a section confidently during service, including grill, pans, larder, or prep.

Assist with preparation, cooking, and plating while maintaining consistency and quality.

Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless service.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workstation at all times.
