Broulee Brewhouse is looking for casual Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen hands to join their team. Nestled right behind the sand dunes in Broulee, we offer a casual dining experience with a lively beer garden.

We have a brewery onsite and are passionate about using fresh, local ingredients as much as possible in both our food and beer production. The right candidate will bring their passion for food to our menu and show high standards of care in everything they do.

All levels of experience are welcome! Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required. We're eager to train motivated individuals who want to grow their culinary skills.

What We’re Looking For:

Casual chefs, cooks or kitchen hands with a passion for cooking, ideally some experience in commercial kitchens

Ability to work well in a busy, high-energy environment

Open to learning and growing in the kitchen

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Must be available weekends and nights (when the brewery is busiest!)
