About the role

We are currently seeking passionate Casual Chefs and Cooks to join our dynamic catering team at Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant in The Rocks, NSW. As a casual member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our exacting standards

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Assisting with menu development and food presentation

Collaborating with the wider catering team to deliver seamless service

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar hospitality or catering environment

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings

Passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to exceptional customer service
