We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Project Administrator to join our team!
Based at our Sales office & Display Centre at Heatherbrae you will utilise your skills to assist in successful project delivery of residential home construction.
This role will involve (but is not limited to):
· Liaise with clients, consultants, certifiers and council to obtain Development Applications (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC) approvals;
· Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the pre construction and construction process;
· Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and upcoming milestones;
· Communicate clearly any site issues, delays, or changes, and administer variations as required;
· Manage project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements;
· Obtaining quotations and estimates from contractors and suppliers to fulfil project requirements;
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Construction Teams;
· Reporting and tracking of project developments and outcomes;
· Provide administration support to the Project Coordinator and Project Manager.
You will have:
· Effective interpersonal skills with ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholder.
· Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a small and high-performing team;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise competing tasks;
· A high level of attention to detail;
· Computer literacy and proficiency with computer software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite; and
· Strong problem solving skills.
Qualifications or previous experience in Construction Administration or Project Management will be highly considered.
This position is open to individuals with a range of experience and/or qualifications, including new graduates or those with a strong administration background.
