The Opportunity
This is a detail-oriented, task-driven role that sits at the heart of our delivery team. You’ll support our Project Managers and Site Supervisors across procurement, contract administration, compliance, and estimating, helping keep our projects running smoothly and our backend systems sharp.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Procurement Administration
Raise and track purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
Assist with tender packages, quotes, and agreement preparation
Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics teams
Enter project invoices to support weekly budget tracking and reporting
Document Control & Compliance
Maintain project folders, drawings, and documentation systems
Track insurances, safety documentation, and compliance milestones
Sit in on meetings to take minutes and follow up on actions
Conduct site visits to support procurement tracking and delivery progress
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise daily with Site Supervisors, Project Managers to provide support
Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years’ experience in construction administration or related field
High level of accuracy with data entry and document handling
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks with care
General understanding of construction terminology and workflows
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software (Premier, Buildpass)
Construction White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
