About the role

Our client is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their growing team. With projects spanning insurance repair, restoration, and new developments, you’ll play a key role in managing supplier contracts, supporting project delivery, and ensuring financial efficiency across multiple sites in South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

Duties

• Develop and manage contract proposals aligned with project goals
• Review and assess estimates, materials, and costs for accuracy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records
• Draft contract letters, notices, and other communications
• Negotiate and finalise contract terms within budgets & timelines
• Attend meetings, track project progress, and prepare reports
• Analyse contracts to ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee budgets and cost control to support project efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong contract administration and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
