Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager – Architectural Homes

A well-known builder in the architectural home space is looking for a motivated Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager to join their team. Delivering high-end projects across Sydney valued between $3–10m, this role offers a mix of office and site-based responsibilities, giving you exposure to both contract administration and estimating and managing projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with contract administration and project documentation

Support the team with estimating and procurement tasks

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Monitor compliance and quality requirements

Provide support across day-to-day project delivery both in the office and on site

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role (open to junior candidates with some exposure)

Construction management, architecture, or related qualification (open to current university students)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment

Keen interest in high-end architectural projects
