What We’re Looking For:

• Background in sales, retail, trade, or industrial equipment
• Leadership or management experience highly regarded
• Proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
• Confidence in using retail systems and general computer software
• Strong product understanding with a focus on tools and industrial safety
• Availability to work 1 weekend day as part of an 11-day roster

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling over-the-counter and phone-based sales transactions
• Delivering expert product advice and service to trade and retail customers
• Addressing customer queries with practical, solution-focused outcomes
• Maintaining in-store merchandising and product displays
• Participating in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
