What We’re Looking For

• Sales or trade experience — we’re open to both!
• A drive to achieve sales targets and help customers find the right products
• Confidence using computer software and point‑of‑sale systems
• A solid understanding of tools, trade equipment, or industrial products (preferred but not essential!)
• Commitment to working one weekend shift every fortnight (on an 11‑day roster every fortnight)

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with sales in‑store and over the phone
• Share accurate product knowledge and recommendations
• Maintain well‑presented displays and a safe, clean shop floor
• Handle customer questions, resolve issues, and deliver great service every time
• Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions
