We now have an exciting opportunity available to join the business in the role of Business Development Manager/Account Manager/Onsite Quoting. This is a fun and fast paced role that will see you focus on customer service and relationship building, where you will be handed a portfolio of existing clients to manage, as well as prospect and onboard new clients to the business.
The Position
In this role, your key responsibilities will be to source, maintain and nurture key client relationships (with real estate agents and vendors), which will include:
Maintaining and servicing existing relationships with clients and their networks (Agents and vendors) including phone calls, emails and visiting their offices
Scheduling, organising and attending appointments with real estate agents and vendors (between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday only)
Attend onsite quotes (at clients properties) and prepare quotes for each property including running through basic procedures and installation requirements with clients
Develop new clients and account relationships - cold call and cold visiting
Ensure customer satisfaction with real estate agents/vendors
Answer inbound phone calls from Agents and Clients
Note that this more of a customer service roll than a sales role!
Other daily duties will include;
Ensuring access to all properties is available for the staging teams
Invoicing of staging jobs
Managing the database of currently staged properties
Maintain database of existing and emerging clients (agents)
The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being out and about and relationship building, will have a creative flair and appreciation of Home Staging.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a real estate Business Development or Sales role would be ideal
First class communication and people skills
A basic understanding of and passion for our style of Home Staging
Ability to develop, maintain and nurture strong relationships with all clientele
Have excellent customer service
Have a creative flair and eye for detail (you are the front person for our business!)
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent decision-making skills
Impeccable personal presentation is a given
Valid driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
