We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves connecting with people, and can juggle everything from drivers to customers with ease.

This isn’t your standard 9–5 desk job. As our Fleet & Growth Champion, you’ll be the go-to person linking drivers, customers, and our national support team — building relationships, growing accounts, and keeping things moving across Melbourne.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Shape your week with flexible hours and a hybrid schedule
✅ Be an all-rounder across operations, fleet management & customer growth
✅ Spend time onsite with drivers each week — not just behind a screen
✅ Drive organic growth with existing customer accounts
✅ Lead driver recruitment & onboarding
✅ Partner with both our Truganina depot team and national support network
