Corporate Office Assistant

About the job:

  • Stunning office located in the bustling Newstead area.
  • Initially starting as a 3 month temporary opportunity with possibility to transition to permanent.
  • Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
  • ASAP Starting Friday 26th September.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Senior EA / Office Manager across office operations and executive support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general office needs – maintaining kitchen supplies, meeting room setup, catering, and coordinating office events.
  • Assist with travel coordination and calendar management for executives.
  • Assist the Corporate Finance team with support for finance administration processes including Accounts Payable processing.
  • Provide backup support to the CEO’s EA during leave periods.
  • Take ownership of office maintenance and contribute to a well-run, professional environment.

About You:

  • You have full working rights in Australia with immediate availability.
  • Strong administration skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to support others.
  • Calm and effective communication—both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset for process improvement.
