We are currently looking to hire three proactive, results-driven professionals—including one Registered Migration Agent and two Full-Time Education Counsellors (Mid-Level & Experienced)—to join our passionate team at our Upper Mount Gravatt office.

🔷 Position 1: Registered Migration Agent (Min. 2+ Years Experience Required)

We are looking for a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with strong expertise and proven experience in:

Employer Sponsored Visas (482, 186, 494, Labour Agreements)

General Skilled Migration (189, 190, 491 including Skills Assessments)

Family & Partner Visas

AAT Representation

Legislative and policy research

Preparing high-quality submissions

Requirements:

Must be registered with OMARA

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Strong ability to manage caseloads and meet KPIs

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Languages preferred: Punjabi, Hindi, Telugu, Sinhala

🔷 Positions 2 & 3: Education Counsellors (Mid-Level & Experienced)

We are hiring two full-time Education Counsellors who can guide international students through their education journey in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on study options across Australian institutions

Assist with enrolments and student visa applications

Liaise directly with students and institutions

Guide on SOPs and Genuine Student (GS) criteria

Promote events and build relationships with students via social media or networking

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university entry requirements

Selection Criteria:

QEAC certification preferred (not mandatory)

Minimum 1–2 years experience in education counselling or sales

Strong understanding of VET & Higher Education sectors in Australia

Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs

Languages preferred: Malayali, Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Sinhala
