Role & Pay

Type: Independent contractor (ABN)

Hours: 35–40 per week, Mon–Fri during business hours

Location: Remote (Australia)

Comp: AUD $40/hour + 5% commission (uncapped; paid on collected revenue)

Tools

CRM: Zoho or HubSpot

Calls: JustCall (justcall.io)

General: Google Workspace/Docs, Calendly

Core Responsibilities

Manage inbound/outbound prospecting and promptly follow up on leads

Run structured discovery and sales calls via JustCall

Create succinct proposals/quotes and drive deals to close

Maintain accurate pipeline stages, notes, and tasks in the CRM

Coordinate clean handovers to delivery/operations

Must Haves

Proven sales experience (2+ years B2B preferred) with closing responsibility

Confident on the phone; strong objection handling and negotiation

Disciplined CRM usage (Zoho or HubSpot) and pipeline hygiene

Clear written and verbal communication

Reliable home office, stable internet, and headset

KPIs

Meetings set/held, proposal-to-close rate, new revenue collected

First-response speed & follow-up cadence

CRM completeness and accurate call logging
