The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners and business owners discover the benefits of our premium roller shutters and outdoor blinds.

You’ll be responsible for managing leads, conducting on-site consultations, preparing quotes and closing sales with honesty and professionalism.

This is a field-based role with support from our office and marketing team – ideal for someone with a passion for home improvement, great communication skills and a self-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with leads provided by our marketing team

Present and demonstrate our range of roller shutters and outdoor blinds options

Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to conversions, follow-ups and revenue

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline effectively

Liaise with the factory and installation team for scheduling and customer handovers

Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times

$30–$40 per hour, based on experience

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident, personable and well-presented

Experienced in sales, quoting or customer service (home improvement experience preferred)

Organized and reliable with good time management

Comfortable using CRM software, email, and quoting tools

Motivated by achieving results and delivering great customer experiences

Holds a valid driver’s licence and Australian work rights
