We're looking for confident, driven and people-focused Sales Representatives to work with a range of businesses through Sidekicker, helping them drive customer engagement, boost sales, and grow their brand presence.

You’ll be matched with leading companies across a variety of sectors – from retail and hospitality to professional services and tech – to help deliver excellent sales and service experiences on the ground.

Whether it’s face-to-face selling, client onboarding, product demonstrations, or lead generation, you'll be on the front line representing our clients with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Represent brands in a professional and engaging manner

Drive sales or lead generation through face-to-face interactions, events, pop-ups, or in-store engagement

Deliver compelling product knowledge and answer customer questions confidently

Meet or exceed sales or conversion targets, depending on the campaign

Capture feedback and insights from customers to help inform client strategy

Accurately record interactions and outcomes via CRM or reporting tools when required

Adaptable and comfortable working in different environments and industries

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a great experience

Able to quickly absorb product knowledge and tailor your pitch

Available for flexible work including weekdays, weekends or evenings

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles preferred

Fluent English and strong presentation skills

Access to a smartphone for clock-in/out and shift management via the Sidekicker app
