The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in our Parramatta office. This is a key role where you will take ownership of contract administration across multiple projects, working closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage end-to-end contract administration across multiple commercial and residential projects.

Negotiate, review, and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements.

Manage progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and contract compliance.

Provide strategic advice to project managers and directors on commercial and contractual matters.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Contribute to continuous improvement in systems, processes, and commercial management.

About You

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator, with proven Class 2 residential project experience in the Australian market.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, legislation, and compliance requirements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Must hold full Australian working rights.
