Senior Contracts Administrator – Mid to High-Rise Apartments
Location: Cronulla, Sydney | Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 + Super

We are partnering with a reputable and growing construction company specialising in mid to high-rise apartment projects across Sydney’s southern beaches. The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee the commercial success of multi-storey residential developments. This role will manage all contractual and financial aspects from tender through to final account, ensuring compliance, cost control, and effective stakeholder management.

You will prepare and review contracts, manage variations, negotiate with subcontractors, forecast budgets, and support the Project Manager to keep projects on track and profitable. You will also act as the key contact for commercial risk management and communication between site teams, clients, and consultants.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA on class 2 projects or commercial new build

Strong financial management and negotiation skills

In-depth knowledge of NSW construction contracts and legislation

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
