About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Cyber GRC (Consultancy and Certification) to join our dynamic team at Information Security Consultants' in Docklands, VIC 3008. This full-time role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth within our Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consultancy and certification services.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities within the cyber GRC consulting and certification space (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and Penetration Testing)

Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction

Communicate the value proposition of our cyber GRC services and solutions to key decision-makers

Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless project implementation and client success

Contribute to the development of innovative service offerings to meet evolving market needs

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals

What we're looking for

4+ years of proven sales experience in the cyber security, ISO Certification or GRC consulting industry. Consulting or certification service for ISO 27001, SOC 2 , PCI DSS and other Information security standards.

Deep understanding of the cyber GRC landscape,ISO 27001, SOC2 etc including industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in ISO 27001, SOC 2 consulting and certification.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with senior-level stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and consultative skills to understand and address client needs

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead complex sales cycles

Degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
