We are a busy Electrical Contractors, we have been in business for Over 35 years located in Jolimont WA. We are a small friendly office looking for the right person to join us.
· Immediate start hours 8:00am - 4:00pm.
we are looking for a candidate who will be good at multitasking and works well under pressure with all round previous admin experience preferably in the building trade but not essential.
The candidate will be primarily answering the phone and booking in jobs whilst working with Steven Murphy in the allocating of jobs and the day to day admin requirements associated with this task.
Their other duties will include but will not be limited to:
· following up on previous quotes.
· Tracking all the jobs ready for invoicing.
· checking and answering emails.
· Dealing with parts on warranty.
· Dealing with customer queries related to jobs.
Full training for this position and on our job program (GeoOp) will be given.
Must have full Australian working rights.
