Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant and a passionate, dedicated Front Office Coordinator to join our close-knit team at Acts Dental Perth, located in South Perth. Both positions are permanent full-time; however, part-time or casual arrangements can be discussed.

Clinic Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

We offer flexibility and can accommodate the working days and hours for the right candidates.

Dental Assistant Requirements:

Cert III / Cert IV in Dental Assisting desirable but not essential

Solid knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise

Great customer service skills

Recent graduates are welcome to apply

Experience in the dental industry as a Dental Assistant is highly desirable but not essential

Front Office Coordinator Requirements:

Strong customer service skills

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise

Experience in the dental industry as a Front Office Coordinator or Dental Assistant is highly desirable but not essential
