The Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician with strong skills across:

Extensive installation experience (split systems, ducted systems, upgrades, and replacements).

Solid understanding of servicing, fault-finding, and repairs.

Ability to maintain high standards of compliance and safety.

Customer-focused approach, with sales experience or up-selling skills highly regarded.

About You

Trade qualified and ARCtick licensed.

Proven experience installing and servicing air conditioning systems.

Great communication skills – able to explain technical details in simple terms.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Current driver’s licence and relevant tools.

Based in Oxford Falls, NSW, servicing the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and surrounding areas.

Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.
