We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled, independent installer who’s ready to step into a crew that actually gives a damn.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for installing:

Ducted air conditioning systems (residential and light commercial)

Split systems, including back-to-back and more complex installs

Our work is 100% metro and surrounds – no long-distance travel, no chasing gear.
We handle quoting, logistics, and support — so you can focus on getting the job done right.

What You’ll Get:

$40–$48/hour based on experience and capability

38-hour weeks with optional overtime

Work with a team of seasoned professionals

Smooth job planning and materials delivered to site
