About the Role:

You’ll lead a small installation team across Daikin Ducted, Split, VRV, and cassette systems, taking ownership from rough-in to fit-off.

Job Responsibilities:

Install Daikin Wall Mount, Ducted and VRV systems to residential and commercial sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot all brands of Air Conditioning.

Provide regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of our clients systems.

Mentor apprentices

Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

Adhere to safety protocols and high service standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems.

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration preferred.

Refrigeration handling licence

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
