ABOUT OUR COMPANY

An extremely engaging opportunity is available with a HVAC and Refrigeration Company in the Southerland Shire which have been in the industry for over 50 years. We specialise in the supply, installation and commissioning of commercial refrigeration & air conditioning equipment. We also hold service contracts within the commercial, industrial and aged care sector. As part of the company's growth plan, we are looking to employ HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians who enjoy being hands on within energetic teams.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position will provide you with plenty of diversity in your duties. Working within a close-knit team, you could be working on breakdowns and repairs on one given week, and an install projects the next.

You will be working on both refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and you will be offered plenty of support to build your capabilities in both areas if needed. You will be able to utilise and strengthen your skills on more complex, commercial systems.

DUTIES

Installation of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems

Maintenance and repairs of HVAC and Refrigeration systems

Installation of wine cellar climate systems

Assist in training apprentices

Rotating on call roster duties

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Full Refrigerant Handling Licence

Active Driver's Licence

Previous experience working in either installation or service on commercial HVAC & Refrigeration systems

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC & Refrigeration systems is required

Background in either Air Conditioning or Refrigeration (training will be provided)

Strong interpersonal & communications skills

Australian work rights are required for this position
