Uprising Bakery requires a FOH service manager for an exciting new challenge.

We are a sourdough bakery in Newcastle with a strong focus on sustainability, we work closely with our suppliers, and continually look for ways to improve our impact on the environment and our community.

Experience in a service management role is highly desirable, so as we can hit the ground running, but would also suit someone ready to take the next step up in their career. Experience in Hospitality is not essential, however experience in fast paced customer service, leading a team of 5 or more on shift is crucial.

The right candidate would be well organised, highly motivated and adaptable with excellent interpersonal and team building skills and an eye for detail, a love of baked goods will never go astray either.
