Senior Change Manager - Salesforce Transformation
6-Month Contract | $1,100/day incl. super | Higher Education

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Change Manager to support the delivery of a major Salesforce transformation in the higher education sector.

In this role, you'll be rolling up your sleeves to:

Drive business readiness and adoption across faculties and teams

Deliver impact assessments, communications, and training activities

Partner closely with program leads and stakeholders to embed Salesforce into daily ways of working

Ensure change plans are executed smoothly and on time

What you'll bring:

Proven success delivering change on large-scale Salesforce/CRM programs

Experience in higher education or similarly complex environments

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

A delivery mindset - able to move quickly, adapt, and make things happen
