Senior Change Lead – Data & AI Transformation
Sydney CBD | 6-Month Rolling Contract | $1100 p/d + GST
Our customer is delivering one of Australia’s most significant transformation programs—a multi-year initiative to embed data and AI at the heart of business decision-making. This is a career-defining opportunity to take a senior leadership role in a program that blends advanced technology with enterprise-wide organisational change.

The Role

As Senior Change Lead, you’ll be accountable for shaping and executing the change strategy across this complex transformation. This includes:

• Owning the change agenda – leading impact assessments, readiness plans, and transition roadmaps to embed change at scale.
• Executive & stakeholder engagement – influencing C-suite leaders and engaging cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Cultural & behavioural adoption – championing new ways of working, role-based access, and data-driven practices.
• Capability uplift – designing and delivering persona-based training and enablement to build sustainable skills.
• Risk & governance oversight – managing dependencies, mitigating people-related risks, and embedding governance structures within Agile delivery.

About You

We’re seeking a proven Senior Change Manager / Lead who has delivered complex, large-scale technology transformations. To succeed, you’ll bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in leading organisational change at senior levels.
• A track record of delivering change in enterprise technology, digital, or data programs with budgets in the tens of millions.
• Proven ability to operate at executive level – influencing C-suite stakeholders while ensuring adoption at the frontline.
• Expertise in Agile, Lean, and project management frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
• Strong risk management and business readiness skills, including handling ambiguity and resistance.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
