TheDriveGroup has partnered with a large Australia brand who are going through a large Data Transformation. The role is an integral part of the Transformation to ensure that the change strategy runs in line with the goal of the company ambition to become the leader within the industry. The position will touch on multiple areas of the transformation across Data, AI, Governance, and Quality. To be successful in the role you MUST HAVE:

• Senior Change Manager
• Change Strategy
• Large Scale Transformation - Data/ Data modernisation preferably
• Digital Platforms, Core Systems, and operating model design
• Risk Management understanding
• Strong Stakeholder Manager
• Strong Communication skills

This will be a rolling contract and initially be the first hire with the appetite to build a team to support as the work goes on. The role will be hybrid working of 3-4 days to get everything moving forward. It has a two stage interview process. Large scale transformation and Data is a must have.
