Company Overview:
My client is a high-profile blue-chip organisation undertaking a major cloud transformation program. This enterprise-wide initiative focuses on migrating complex systems and services into the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, enabling scalable, secure, and future-proof platforms.
As the Cloud Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, leading, and executing the migration roadmap across a large, federated business environment. You will drive delivery excellence, uplift agile/project capability, and ensure strong alignment between technology and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale cloud migration programs across multiple divisions in a federated enterprise.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, governance, and reporting frameworks to ensure successful delivery.
• Enhance drive capability in cloud adoption and agile/project delivery practices.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform) into business operations.
• Provide clear and concise program updates to executives, boards, and steering committees.
• Mentor, guide, and manage project managers, BAs, architects, and SMEs to build a high-performing team.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager leading end-to-end cloud migration programs within complex, federated enterprises.
• Strong expertise across the Microsoft product suite (Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform).
• Track record of uplifting delivery capability (agile/project maturity) across large-scale teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including PMs, BAs, testers, architects, and technical SMEs.
• Strong governance, risk management, and delivery reporting experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; professional certifications (PMP, Agile, Azure) highly regarded.
