About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person for spare parts. You'll handle everything from quoting and ordering through to receiving, picking, and dispatch. As the link between customers, suppliers, and technicians, you'll make sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate parts quotes and process service bookings.

Order, receive, and check spare parts deliveries.

Pick, pack, and dispatch parts to technicians and customers.

Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is preferred but not essential.

Manage stock levels and maintain warehouse organisation.

Process returns, credits, and freight documentation.

Liaise with suppliers to track orders and resolve delays.

Respond to customer calls, emails, and counter enquiries.

A minimum of 1+ years customer service experience is required.

Book both in and out of warranty service jobs with customers.
