Your role:
As a Warehouse Storeperson in the Navy, you’ll specialise in inventory and warehouse management both ashore and on ships or submarines keeping stock replenished and available for the team. Your day can range from providing essential equipment for the crew to assisting communities in need through the delivery of critical supplies for humanitarian aid or disaster relief.
Whether you have recently finished school, currently studying, already in the workforce or you have no experience at all, you'll be paid from day one. You'll gain all the skills needed with extensive on-the-job training and receive nationally accredited forklift training.

Your duties include, but aren’t limited to:
Forklift driving
Stocktaking
Handling, purchasing, storing and distributing goods
Humanitarian aid and disaster relief
Storeroom duties, including security, delivery and maintenance
Issuing equipment and machinery
Maintaining stock control and inventory management systems
Data entry

Submariner:
There is also the option to specialise as a Warehouse Storeperson Submariner and be a part of the most exclusive and stable workforce in Australia. You’ll manage a submarine's inventory, equipment and supplies, both at sea and ashore.
Salary:
Upon completion of your initial military and employment training, you’ll enjoy a salary package starting from $73,750 for surface fleet and $90,437 for submariners.
Eligibility:
For this role, you must be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, and have passes in Year 10 English and Maths.
