Kinder Caring is seeking passionate and experienced Independent Support Coordinators to partner with us in delivering meaningful, participant-centred outcomes. Join our supportive, low-overhead model and grow your own business while making a real difference.

About the role

As an independent contractor, you’ll deliver Support Coordination (Level 2) and/or Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) services to NDIS participants across a variety of needs and backgrounds. Referrals are allocated based on your location, experience, and availability — and you’ll work remotely.

We support you with systems, referrals, policies, and prompt payment — so you can focus on client outcomes, not admin or KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

We want to partner with coordinators who are passionate, ethical, and experienced in navigating the NDIS.

Required:

At least 12 months’ experience as a Support Coordinator (Level 2 and/or Level 3)

Relevant qualifications aligned to NDIS Practice Standards (especially for Level 3)

Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, legislation, and participant rights

Ability to work independently, with compassion and professionalism

Minimum 15 hours per week availability

High-level written and verbal communication skills

Existing client base (not essential)
