Rosie Disability Services is expanding, and we’re looking for three passionate Support Coordinators to join our team across Perth.

What we’re looking for:
- Passion for supporting people with disability to live their best lives
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 2–5 years’ experience in the disability sector (highly regarded but not essential)

We're a small but mighty crew who genuinely care. We’re now looking for a full-time NDIS Support Coordinator who is ready to hit the ground running and provide high-quality, person-centred support to our growing client base.

About the Role:
As a Support Coordinator, you'll work closely with NDIS participants to understand their goals, coordinate their supports, and help them navigate the NDIS with confidence. This is a remote role, but you’ll be supported every step of the way by a highly engaged and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support participants to implement their NDIS plans in a meaningful way

Build the capacity of participants to navigate services and make informed decisions

Establish and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, providers, and stakeholders

Coordinate and monitor the delivery of supports to ensure outcomes are achieved

Prepare professional documentation, including progress reports and case notes

Maintain regular contact with participants to provide ongoing support and guidance

What You’ll Need:

A minimum of 12 months experience as a coordinator (not required by preferred)

A minimum of 5 years within the disability industry (not required by preferred)

Confidence working independently and managing a caseload

Current or willing to get an NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and Police Clearance

Relevant qualifications in community services, social work, or similar field (preferred)
