Sage Support Coordination has an opportunity for one Support Coordinator to join our Adults team, experience in mental health highly regarded. Sage is based in Torquay on the Surf Coast.

Support Coordinators with Sage are provided with a mobile phone and laptop to enable them to be able to work effectively from the office, home, or with a participant.

We are looking for someone who meets the below requirements.

an outstanding commitment to people,

sound knowledge of the NDIS,

previous experience as a Support Coordinator, min 6 moths

efficient computer skills

enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
