About the Role
All Pest Solutions, part of the Flick Anticimex Group, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support our technicians in installing chemical-treated zones around residential properties in the Northern Rivers region. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and maintains a professional attitude when interacting with customers.

You'll be assisting with site preparation, trenching, and installation of pest control barriers, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard. The role offers a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team committed to protecting homes and delivering quality service.

Candidates must possess high fitness levels to perform the physical demands of trenching and installation work.

A full driver's licence is required for this position to travel within the Northern Rivers region.

Key Responsibilities

Assist technicians with the installation of chemical-treated zones around residential properties

Perform trenching, site preparation, and clean-up tasks

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a professional and courteous manner when working around customers

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in labouring or outdoor physical work preferred

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Good communication skills and professional presentation
