We’re looking for a motivated and reliable labourer to support our fibreglass pool construction team across Sydney and the wider Sydney region. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain practical skills in fibreglass pool installation and work closely with our experienced crew to deliver high-quality projects.

The role suits someone who is physically fit, enjoys outdoor work, and is eager to learn new skills. You’ll need to be dependable, adaptable, and able to think on your feet.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting our installation team with general labour works - including jack hammering, trenching, and site preparation

Shovelling, wheelbarrowing, and handling general site clean-up

Assisting with construction fencing, formwork setup, and steel fixing

Supporting with pre-plumbing and secondary plumbing tasks

Assisting the team with site photos.

Material delivery and pickup. Vehicle provided.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, on site 7am – 3pm (sites across Sydney and surrounds)

Office based in Caringbah

What we’re looking for:

💧 Clean & Current Drivers Licence, White Card, and Australian work rights - essential
💧 Hardworking and physically fit with a strong work ethic.
💧 Punctual, reliable, and committed – if you can’t be on site at 7am, this isn’t the role for you.
💧 Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
💧 Ability to follow instructions, work independently when required, and contribute as part of a team
💧 Comfortable working in all weather conditions
💧 Experience construction and working machinery preferred. Experience in pools or landscaping is a Bonus.
