What you'll be doing:

As an Experienced Pest Technician at Andersen Pest Services, you will:

Deliver pest control services, including termite inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.

Build rapport with customers and provide clear, respectful communication about services and safety.

Maintain accurate records using mobile devices and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Work independently or part of a team while being supported by management.

Mentor and support junior/trainee technicians.

Handle physical tasks in all weather conditions such as climbing, crawling, and working in small spaces.

About You:

Qualified Technicians: Hold a current pest control & timber pest licence. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years experience. Sound knowledge in residential & commercial pest management. Able to perform termite inspections, treatments & preventions for pre & post construction. Experience in pre-con preferred but not essential.

Professional attitude: Reliable, honest, friendly attitude, strong work ethic and be customer focused.

Physically Capable: Comfortable with active, hands-on work including crawling into tight spaces such as roof voids and under houses and handling pest-related materials. Able to work in hot environments.

Tech-Savvy: Able to use mobile apps and reporting tools.

Drivers Licence: Hold a current driver’s licence.
