We are seeking a motivated and career minded Property Lawyer who enjoys working on a varied commercial real estate practice to join a collaborative and high performing property team in Sydney CBD. The position reports into a leading team of partners and work autonomously and as part of a high performing team.

What the position focuses on:

• Managing property acquisitions and disposals
• Lead and manage property finance transactions
• leasing (retail, residential, industrial and commercial)
• Work on interesting Property development and construction projects.

• Salary commensurate with experience - for this position a salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 is a guide.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years PAE or more in Property Law
• Confidence and desire to take on matters autonomously
