Charterhouse Legal is working in partnership with a law firm in Sydney in their search for a Senior Associate - Conveyancing. Our client is a respected commercial law practice in Sydney’s CBD.

About the Role:

You will manage a broad range of conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on Strata Title sales, including off-the-plan and complex developments. Key duties include:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, monitoring key dates, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  
  
• Conducting settlements via PEXA and handling all related electronic lodgements.
  
  
• Liaising with clients, agents, counsel, and government authorities to ensure smooth, timely completions.
  
  
• Providing a client-focused service with unwavering accuracy and professionalism.
